In Polish legislation, crimes against sexual freedom against juveniles (i.e. persons under 18) include the following: • rape (Art. 197 of the Criminal Code) - is to bring violence, the threat of unlawful people deceiving another person into sexual relations, • sexual reliance abuse (Art. 199 of the Criminal Code) - is to bring another person through abuse of a relationship of dependence or using a critical situation, sexual relations or other sexual activity, • sexual abuse of juvenile (Art. 200 of the Criminal Code) - bringing a juvenile below the age of 15 into having sexual relations or admitting to such person another sexual activity, • reaping a profit from the another person's prostitution (Art. 204 of the Criminal Code) - gaining financial advantage, inducing another person to prostitute or facilitate it. |
