Poland adopted the following legislation that control of invasive alien species:
1. Act of 16 April 2004 on the Protection of Nature
2. Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 9 Septemer 2011 on the list of non-native species of plants and animals, which in the case of release into the environment can threaten native species or natural habitats
