A graduate is a person who has completed the highest programmatic class in a given type of school and received a certificate of completion of this school - applies to graduates in schools covered by the education system.
A graduate of studies receives a diploma of completion of studies in a specific field and profile confirming higher education and a professional title: 1. Bachelor's degree, engineer's degree or equivalent confirming higher education at the same level - in the case of first-cycle studies; 2.
