Methodological explanations
A doctor is a medical profession that involves the provision of services by a person with the required qualifications, confirmed by appropriate documents, in particular: health examination, diagnosis of diseases, their prevention, treatment, rehabilitation of patients, providing medical advice, as well as issuing opinions and medical certificates.
The performance of the medical profession is also considered to be the performance of research work by a doctor in the field of medical sciences or health promotion and teaching the medical profession. The regional medical council grants the right to practice the medical profession to a person who has obtained the required qualifications, completed a postgraduate internship and passed the Medical State Examination with a positive result.
