The average number of beds is the sum of the number of beds as of the end of each month divided by 12, i.e. the number of months in a year.
A spa hospital is a spa treatment facility whose tasks include providing a patient who has been referred for spa treatment or spa rehabilitation with: 1) 24-hour health care services in inpatient conditions; 2) 24-hour medical and nursing care; 3) procedures specified in the treatment program; 4) use of natural medicinal resources and spa treatment facilities; 5) health education.
A spa sanatorium is a spa treatment facility. The tasks of a sanatorium include providing a patient who has been referred for spa treatment or spa rehabilitation with: 1) 24-hour health care services in inpatient conditions; 2) medical care and 24-hour nursing care; 3) procedures specified in the treatment program; 4) preventive services; 5) health education.
