Methodological explanations
A care and treatment facility is a medical facility of a medical entity or an organizational unit of a medical facility in which the medical entity performs medical activities such as stationary and 24-hour health services other than hospital services. The services may consist in particular in providing 24-hour health services, which include care and rehabilitation of patients who do not require hospitalization, and providing them with medicinal products and medical devices, premises and food appropriate to their health condition, as well as conducting health education for patients and members of their families and preparing these people for self-care and self-care at home.
