Methodological explanations
Recycling - recovery, in which waste is reprocessed into products, materials or substances used for their original purpose or other purposes; this includes the reprocessing of organic material (organic recycling) but does not include energy recovery and reprocessing into materials that are to be used as fuels or for backfilling purposes.
Capital expenditure - financial or material expenditure aimed at creating new fixed assets or improving (reconstruction, extension, reconstruction or modernization) of existing fixed assets, as well as expenditure on the so-called first investment equipment.
