Methodological explanations
A local spatial management plan – document outlining spatial plan of the municipality (planning document), adopted as a bye-law by the commune council. This document divides the land that it covers by use of dividing lines, into sub-areas with designated land functions, development principles, provision with infrastructure, and – if deemed necessary – local conditions, principles and standards for building design, as well as other conditions requiring planning regulations.
