Apartments located in buildings owned by a legal entity whose name includes the words "social housing association" or the abbreviation "TBS", regardless of the fact of participating in the costs of building another entity (municipality, housing cooperative, workplace) in exchange for obtaining apartments (on a lease basis) for third parties indicated by these entities.
Social housing associations were established under the Act of 26 October 1995 on certain forms of supporting housing construction (Journal of Laws 1995 No. 133, item 654).
