Methodological explanations
A dwelling is a premises consisting of one or more rooms and auxiliary rooms, intended for the permanent residence of persons, built or rebuilt for residential purposes; structurally separated by permanent walls within a building, with an independent entrance from a staircase, common corridor, common hall, street, yard or garden.
A dwelling taken into account in the study is one that includes a room in which a bathtub or shower is installed, or both, and devices discharging sewage into the sewer system or to local devices (drainless tanks, domestic sewage treatment plants).
