The data on construction disasters are reported (transmitted) by district and provincial construction supervision inspectors within the framework of the tasks and responsibilities referred to Article 76 point 1 item 2 of the Act - Construction Law. Construction disaster, in accordance with article 73 of the Act - Construction law, is an unintentional, violent destruction of construction facilities or of part of it, as well as structural elements of scaffolding, forming elements, sheet piles walls and excavation support systems. Construction disaster are grouped according to reasons: • caused by random events (including strong winds, fires, gas explosions), • caused by errors while maintaining the construction object, • errors during the construction of a new building or construction works in an existing building, • errors in the preparation of building object documentation. |
